Refund Policy
Fair, transparent refunds — because we want every family to enrol with confidence.
We stand behind our teaching. If a course isn't the right fit, you have two clear refund options depending on when you decide to withdraw and how many sessions have been attended. All refunds are processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.
Option A — 60-day partial refund window
50% refund within 60 days of purchase — provided fewer than 2 sessions have been attended.
No form to fill, no long emails. Write to info.64square@gmail.com, tell us the student's name and the reason (optional — feedback helps us improve), and the refund is on its way.
Option B — Pro-rata refund thereafter
After 60 days — or once 2+ sessions have been attended — we refund the value of unused sessions minus a 10% administrative fee.
Example: A 16-session course purchased for $250. You've attended 6 sessions. Per-session value = $15.63. Unused = 10 × $15.63 = $156.30. Refund payable = $156.30 − 10% admin fee = $140.67.
Free trial classes
Free trial classes carry no charge and therefore no refund is applicable. If you've purchased a paid course and it's within the 60-day window with fewer than 2 sessions attended, Option A above applies.
1-on-1 & private coaching packages
Private coaching packs follow the same rules as group courses, with one exception: sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice are treated as attended for the purpose of the refund calculation.
How to request a refund
- Email info.64square@gmail.com from the parent account you used to sign up.
- Include the student's name, course purchased, and order ID (found in your dashboard).
- We acknowledge within 24 hours and process the refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Bank timing can add 3–5 more days.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we've never failed to resolve a genuine refund request. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first can lead to account suspension under the Terms & Conditions.
Currency & conversion charges
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment. Any conversion loss or bank surcharge is borne by the customer, in line with Razorpay's standard refund flow.
Circumstances beyond our control
In the rare event we cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a 100% refund without any admin fee, regardless of the timing.
